Ecosystem Services’ engineers are well-versed in guiding both public and private dam owners towards compliance with the Virginia Dam Safety Act of the Code of Virginia and Dam Safety Impounding Structure Regulations. We utilize advanced hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software to accurately develop inundation limits and spillway designs for both existing and proposed embankments. Ecosystem Services strives to identify potential grant funding opportunities for modeling, dam repairs and spillway upgrades through appropriate State and Federal assistance programs.
